Privacy notice.

Abyssal Fabrication collects quote request details so we can review custom 3D printed keychain orders, contact customers, prepare quotes/invoices, and manage production records.

Information collected

We collect your name, business name, email address, WhatsApp number, order details, uploaded logo file, and notes you choose to send. A temporary hashed connection identifier is also used to limit automated or abusive submissions.

How it is used

Your information is used for quoting, design review, production communication, delivery planning, and customer/order history.

Customer Work photographs

Completed products are shown publicly only after publication permission is recorded. Permission for photographs, company names, visible logos, and testimonials is recorded separately. Contact details, private artwork, source files, order notes, and original customer uploads are not included in Customer Work entries.

Published photographs are cleaned and stored separately from private order uploads. You may ask us to correct, archive, or remove an approved Customer Work entry.

Retention

Quote and order records are kept for business administration and production reference. You can request correction or deletion where legally and operationally possible.
